Safe

For your convenience, a safe is available in all units. Generally, safes are located in a bedroom closet. Simply follow the Instructions located on the safe.

Laundry Facilities

Complimentary laundry facilities are available for all guests and will be located either inside your unit, on the second floor landing to be shared by the A & B units, or in the foyer, depending on your unit style. If additional laundry supplies are needed, they are available at the Front Desk at no charge.

Fire Extinguisher

Each unit is equipped with a fire extinguisher located in the hall closet, mounted on the kitchen wall or under the kitchen sink. Please locate the fire extinguisher upon first entering the unit.

Phone

Dialing Instructions

Local calls are free; long distance calling requires a credit card or phone card. Area code is not required for local calls.

Press "9" to access an outside line.

Units 1-99:

Dial 1 plus unit number, plus 1 for "A" unit, 2 for "B" unit (i.e. unit 78A = 1781)

Units 100-251:

Dial 5 plus unit number, plus 1 for "A" unit, 2 for "B" unit (i.e. unit 130B = 51302)

Units 252-259 & 276-303:

Dial unit number plus 1 for "A" unit, 2 for "B" unit (i.e. unit 257A = 2571)

Voicemail

If message light is blinking accompanied by an interrupted dial tone, you have voicemail messages. To retrieve, dial "365", wait for prompt, enter security code "997", then "#".

Departure Procedures

Check out time is 10am.

Please return unit keys to the Front Desk. The Front Desk is open 24/7 for arrivals and departures.

In preparation for departure:

Please empty the refrigerator and all cupboards. Unopened, non-perishable items are welcomed by the local Food Pantry. Please deposit any donated items in the wagon in the back of the lobby of the Clubhouse.
Load and start the dishwasher.
Place kitchen and bathroom terry on the bathroom floor.
Remove and discard trash in trash receptacles located throughout the property (see resort map).
Set thermostats at 75 degrees summer; 60 degrees winter.
Turn off all lights, televisions and appliances.

Cleaning Services

MId-Week cleaning is available upon request for $25. Service includes:

Making beds with fresh linens
Removal of trash
Exchange of all bath linens
Exchange of all kitchen terry
Vacuuming of unit

Arrange your mid-week cleaning by contacting the Front Desk at extension 1000 before 5pm, the prior day.

A towel exchange (full set for six guests) is available upon request for $6. Call the Front Desk, extension 1000.

Electric Fireplaces

Electric Fireplace Operation

Units 97-133 Using the remote control for the fireplace, push "ON" once for glow, twice for fan and three times for heat.
Units 134-251 & 260-275 Use the designated wall switch to control the fireplace.

Gas Fireplaces

Gas Fireplace Operation

(Units 13-27, 39-96, 252-259, 276-303)

The pilot light for your fireplace has been pre-lit for your convenienve.
Simply flip the switch located on the wall near the fireplace to ignite the gas logs.
Please be sure to turn the fireplace off before leaving your unit or going to bed.
Do not use logs in the gas fireplace.
If at any time the pilot light goes out, please do not attempt to relight it. Call the Front Desk at extension 1000 to place a maintenance request. Requests made after 11pm will be addressed the following morning.
Gas fireplaces are available September 15 - March 15.

Wood Burning Fireplaces

Wood Burning Fireplace Operation

Firewood is located behind the wooden trash receptacle closest to your unit as indicated on your resort map between September and March.
Fire starters may be obtained from the Front Desk during col weather months. Please call the Front Desk at extension 1000 if you require assistance.

Whirlpool Tub Operation

DVD Player

To Access the DVD Player, press INPUT on your television remote and select AV. DVD's are available for loan at the Clubhouse

Fill tub with water well above the jets

For Units 1-13 & 12-28:

Locate motion sensor
Rub hand across logo
Tub will run for approximately 10 minutes and then turn off automatically
To restart jets, rub hand across logo again

For Units 13-27 & 39-303:

Press the "Start" button once for "ON" position
Press the "Start" button again for "OFF" position
You may increase airflow by adjusting the dials located on sides of tub
